The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to inform you that the Embassy of the Russian Federation is offering a scholarship from the Government of Russia for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. The Russian Government will cover tuition, and provide a small stipend for pocket expenses as well as accommodation. All other expenses would have to be borne by the candidate.
