Castries – Saint Lucia – 19th September 2022– The Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority (ECTEL) and the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commissions(NTRCs) gathered virtually on September 13, 2022 for the 23rd ECTEL/NTRC Consultative Forum.
