Basseterre, St. Kitts, March 26, 2021 (SKNIS): The Civil Aviation (Amendment) Bill, 2021, which is a Bill to amend the Civil Aviation Act Cap. 8.03 was passed in the Federal Parliament on Thursday, March 25, 2021. Minister of Foreign Affairs and Aviation and Mover of the Bill, the Honourable Mark Brantley, said that the amendment is in keeping with recommendations put forward by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). “This Bill seeks to give effect to certain recommendations made to us by ICAO.
