(Basseterre, St. Kitts, March 3, 2023):A large quantity of chemicals and agricultural inputs that were deemed ‘scarce’ on island were made available to farmers and backyard gardeners at the Department of Agriculture, LaGuerite, St. Kitts as of Friday, 3rd March 2023. The offloading of chemicals from one shipping container was done at the Department’s grounds on Friday morning and follows the delivery of two containers worth of animal feed and veterinary medicine the week prior.
